Processing time
Orders received before 15:00 on working days are processed the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed the next working day.
Rates and delivery times
The delivery time stated is the total time between your order and delivery: processing time plus transit time.
- The Netherlands: €4.95 — free from €50 · delivery 1–3 working days
- Belgium and the rest of Europe: €9.95 · delivery 2–5 working days
- Outside Europe: €19.95 · delivery 5–10 working days

You will receive a track & trace code by email as soon as your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
