Shipping

Free shipping on every order — no minimum, no fine print.

• Order before 23:59 and we dispatch the next working day.
• Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 working days.
• Rest of EU: 3–5 working days.
• You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

All orders are sent in discreet, unbranded packaging.

Returns & exchanges

30 days to change your mind. If a piece doesn't fit or doesn't feel right, send it back.

How to return

1. Email us at mvbprofessionalcare@hotmail.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you a return label and instructions.
3. Post the parcel within 14 days of receiving the label.
4. Your refund is processed within 5 working days of arrival, to your original payment method.

Return conditions

For hygiene reasons, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags and the hygiene seal intact, in their original packaging. Items that have been worn or have the seal removed can't be accepted.

Exchanges

Wrong size? Tell us which size you need and we'll ship the replacement as soon as the return is on its way. Exchanges are free.

Damaged or incorrect items

Email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it immediately at no cost — no return needed in most cases.
